Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and — if reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging.

We will then refund the due order amount within 14 days after receiving notice of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good condition.

Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Exceptions to Returns

State here any exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Also, indicate clearly for each product that cannot be returned that this is the case when it is ordered by the consumer.
Note: Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:

a) that have been created by the entrepreneur in accordance with the consumer’s specifications;
b) that are clearly personal in nature;
c) that by their nature cannot be returned;
d) that can spoil or age quickly;
e) whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market beyond the entrepreneur’s control;
f) single newspapers and magazines;
g) audio or video recordings and computer software whose seal has been broken by the consumer;
h) hygienic products whose seal has been broken by the consumer.

Warranty

All non-food products come with a 2-year warranty period, starting from the date of purchase.
During this period, any defects that are not caused by improper use or normal wear and tear will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
If repair or replacement is not possible, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.
This warranty does not affect your legal rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.
